This is a replacement bow cover for the Hunter 146. The snaps are provided separately and must be installed in the cover to match the studs on your deck. Snaps and a snap install tool are provided with the cover.
Please check to make sure the part you're replacing looks like the one in the photo. There may be small differences due to manufacturer upgrades and redesigns.
