The Electronic Float switch incorporates a magnetic float that activates 2 reed switches which turn the pump on at high water levels, and off when the low water level is reached. The entire mechanism is contained in a plastic housing which prevents any debris from jamming the mechanism.
Environmentally safe - no mercury in the switch
As a separate accessory it is possible to use the switch with all bilge pumps that have remote sensor switches
